Acceptance of Terms

Soosys.com is a website that provides a managing service (described below) for online use. By using this service you agree to the Terms of Service (TOS) as written here. The TOS may change from time to time and will be update online. Any use of this website is completely voluntary. If you do not agree to the TOS you should not use Soosys.com.

Service

Soosys.com provides an online budget and ordering tool. To use this tool a user has to create a profile. Two types of profiles exist: A manager and a member. A manager will upon creating a profile create a database as well. This database is known as the account and the manager is known as the account manager. Once a user creates a profile it is associated with an account at the account managers discretion. Any user can place orders that need to be processed by the account manager. These orders are submitted to a database located on a server. The orders are accessible to the account manager that can then review them before he/she will place the order. Use of this tool therefore implies the addition of data to a remote server. This server is backed up daily, however Soosys.com cannot be held liable for any loss of data or wrong information that may arise from the use of Soosys.com. Soosys.com supplies the option to export data to an .xls file. Soosys.com is in no way affiliated with Excel or the Microsoft Corporation or any subsidiary of these.

Registration

Upon registration you are asked to submit your information to our database. By agreeing with the TOS you testify that all the information is accurate and up to date. It is your responsibility to keep the information continuously updated.

Content

By agreeing with the TOS you understand that Soosys.com is not responsible for the data that is added to an account. Further Soosys.com is not responsible for any links to other websites that may be added to an account. Soosys.com reserves the right to monitor any content that may be added to an account; however Soosys.com is not obligated to do so.

Equipment

Soosys.com is not responsible for any equipment, software, hardware or internet connection needed to use the webpage.

Trademark

By agreeing with the TOS you acknowledge that all content, written and graphics, on Soosys.com are trademarks of Soosys.com.
